The service

Genjutsu AI lets you upload videos and images and generate new videos with AI models run by third-party providers. Genjutsu AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Higgsfield AI. "Higgsfield" and "Genjutsu" are trademarks of their respective owner.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.

Your content and consent

You keep ownership of the videos and images you upload and of the videos you generate. By uploading, you confirm that:

• you own the footage and images, or have every permission needed to edit them;
• every person who appears in your video or reference images has given consent to be depicted and altered, or you have another legal right to use their likeness.

When you upload reference images we record that you confirmed this, with the time and your account, so we can respond to complaints.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

• depict a real person without their consent, including public figures and celebrities;
• create sexual content, any content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• impersonate, defraud, harass or mislead anyone, or create deceptive political content;
• infringe copyrights or trademarks, including characters or footage you have no rights to;
• resell or automate access to the service, or attempt to overload or reverse engineer it.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal content to the authorities.

Credits and payment

Credits are bought in one-time packs, are valid for one year from purchase and have no cash value. The credits for a job are reserved when it starts and returned automatically if the job fails. Refunds of purchases follow our Refund Policy.

AI output

AI output can be imperfect or unexpected. Review generated videos before you publish or use them, and label them as AI-generated where the law or the platform requires it.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new terms.
