Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused credit packs

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used.

Used credits

Credits spent on completed generations are not refundable, because the compute cost has already been paid. If a result is clearly broken — for example a corrupted file — contact us and we will review it.

Open a ticket from the support page in your account settings with the email you purchased with and the order number.
