Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not create with Genjutsu AI, how we moderate content and how to report abuse.
Last updated: 2026-10-06
Genjutsu AI is an independent AI video tool powered by third-party AI video models (currently MiniMax, Kling and Decart). Everything it produces is AI-generated. This policy applies to every prompt, upload and output on the service, alongside our Terms of Service.
Prohibited content
You may not upload, prompt for or generate:
- Sexual content (NSFW) — nudity, pornography or sexually explicit material of anyone, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence and gore — graphic violence, injury, torture or content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
- Child safety violations — any sexualized or exploitative depiction of minors (CSAM), or any content that endangers children. We report this to the authorities.
- Deepfakes and impersonation — depicting a real person without their consent, including public figures and celebrities; content meant to deceive, defraud, harass or mislead, including fake news and deceptive political content.
- Copyright and trademark infringement — footage, characters, logos or likenesses you do not have the rights to use.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload videos and images you own or have permission to use, and confirm this before every generation.
- Get consent from every person who appears in your source video or reference images.
- Label generated videos as AI-generated when you publish them, where the law or the platform requires it.
How we moderate
- Before generation: every text prompt is automatically scanned against this policy, and prompts that fail the check are refused before any video is made.
- Model safeguards: the underlying video models apply their own safety filters to inputs and outputs.
- After generation: we review reported content and may review generated videos to enforce this policy.
Consequences of violations
Depending on severity, we may refuse the generation, remove content, suspend or permanently close the account without refund of used credits, and report illegal content (including all child safety violations) to the relevant authorities.
Reporting abuse
If you see content made with Genjutsu AI that breaks this policy, email support@genjutsuai.art with a link or description. Signed-in users can also open a ticket from the support page in account settings. We review every report, usually within 2 business days.
Appeals
If your prompt or content was blocked by mistake, email support@genjutsuai.art with the reference ID shown in the error message and we will review it.
