What we collect

• Account data — your email and name, or what your Google account shares when you sign in with Google.
• Your content — the videos and images you upload, the prompts you write and the videos you generate.
• Consent records — when you upload reference images, the time you confirmed you have the right to use the people shown.
• Purchase data — what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and basic usage logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your generations, show you your creations, process payments, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, database and file storage.
• fal.ai and the model providers it routes to process your uploads to generate videos.
• Our payment provider processes purchases.
• Our email provider sends account emails.

Retention

Uploaded source files are kept only as long as needed to run your jobs and are then deleted. Generated videos stay in My Creations until you delete your account. Download anything you want to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time through the support page in your account settings.
